Partner & Event Specialist

**What you’ll do**:
We are looking for a partner and events specialist to organise experientials that will make a lasting impact on existing and prospective wine enthusiasts and emerging and established luxury cohorts.

Foremost, you’ll work to our strategic luxury visions and execute experiential marketing campaigns that meet established branding, revenue, GP and customer acquisition goals.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone that has a grasp on current marketing and promotional strategies and a considered approach to brand awareness and qualified customer acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorming event plans and concepts.
- Planning and implementing marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
- Identifying internal/external (e.g. suppliers) requirements and expectations for each event.
- Identifying and qualifying potential partners for lead generation.
- Liaising, identifying and negotiating with partners and suppliers.
- Working with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
- Handling logistics, including product, venues, entertainers, photographers, speakers etc.
- Conducting final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Managing event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Developing event feedback surveys.
- Assessing an event’s overall success and submitting findings to line managers and executive committees.
- Periodic regional and international travel.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners.
- Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
- Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.

Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- Degree in public relations, communications, or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience at coordinator level, or equivalent experience.
- Communication and marketing skills.
- Proven small to large scale event management experience.

**Desirable**:

- Love of wine and understanding of the fine wine industry.
- Previous experience in a luxury brand.
- Cognisance of Australia’s diverse affluent cultural communities, and networks within
- Interest in corporate social responsibility and desire to create change
