A HR Specialist role for a facilities management company based in southern Sydney

**Your new company**

You will be joining a national family-owned business that specialised in facility management services. Their offices are based in southern Sydney and they offer flexibility to work from home once the onboarding to the new role is finalised.

**Your new role**

As a HR Specialist you will be the first point of contact for all Award, ER and IR queries, as well as:

- Conducting investigations;
- Assist implementing any legislative changes around employment law;
- Recommending on employee relations best practices.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your (local) experience in a similar role will lead you to success, as well as:

- A tertiary qualification in HR or Business;
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation (Australia and NZ);
- Great attention to details and communication skills;
- The ability to build positive and professional relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Unlimited and full time Australian working rights.
