**ROLE**
As the HR Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of the HR operations & working closely with the National HR Manager. You will be collaborating with teams and driving the success of the workforce. You will be at the heart of the talent engine and dedicated to fostering a positive employee experience.
- Key responsibilities (not limited to):_
Preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, organisational charts, position descriptions to set standards
- Work with relevant business managers to review and update position descriptions for accuracy and currency
- Source, organise and manage relevant HR related training activities and records across the business as
directed
Support other Dept’s as requiredPrepare various monthly reports and ad hoc reports to the business as requestedManage the probationary notification process, employee education, Service awards programs to current policyProvide general HR advice to Managers, employees in line with current policy/procedure
- Assist National HR Manager with recruitment campaigns including interviewing, pre employment medical
appointments, reference checking, contract preparation and induction Assist Remuneration & Benefits Specialist with research, communication of project components as directedMaintain all HRIS systems, employee data and personnel files
- Ensure all activities undertaken by human resources department employees comply with relevant Acts, legal
demands and ethical standards
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years similar HR administration/ HR advisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in Manufacturing sector (Ideal)
- High level of numerical accuracy, ability to interpret legislation/Awards and Acts
- Excellent communications skills in both written and oral
