About you:
- **Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources and MUST have supported or worked in a UK based business**:
- Background in the Financial Services space
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with project stakeholders
- Ability to operate in environments changing rapidly
The role:
- Support the employees and leaders based in the UK office
- Support the People Partner delivering a range of high impact initiatives relating to culture and engagement
- Liaising with experts in financial and legal to ensure compliance with UK jurisdictions
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures, mapping and creating new or revised processes
- Presenting recommendations
