HR Change Specialist

**Your new company**

An amazing opportunity to work for a local government within the northern beaches. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an HR change specialist with an immediate start. With a salary of up to $130,000k plus super.

**Your new role**

As Change Analyst, you will use your experience in organisational change management to enable successful implementation. Working as part of a Project change team, you will support organisational change delivery, ensuring adoption, resistant management and readiness is managed with change initiatives. The Change Analyst will focus on supporting the people side of business process, system, governance, cultural, physical, customer and social impacts of change.
- Provide a range of HR project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
- Communicate with other key stakeholders both within HR and across the organisation and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Up to 5 years’ experience in managing change across in complex organisations.
- Ability to identify the change management requirements for each impacted business unit/team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Passion for driving the best for our people and our organisation
