As the HR Specialist, you will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operation of HR processes. You will work closely with HR managers and team in providing onboarding, contracts, employment document updates, termination letters, employee relations and supporting with various projects.

**This is a 3-month contract with the potential to be extended.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, preparing offer letters and ensuring seamless integration into the company
- Assist in employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll functions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Proven experience as HR Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
