Due to their ongoing growth a new position has become available for a Lease Administrator looking to advance their career in the asset management space.
Key duties:
- Set up new leases/renewals/vacates
- Business Partner with Lease Administration team
- Understand lease process and verify dates - lease commencement, rent commencement, review dates
- Check all new inputs for the month as well as do lease audits on current charges
- Review monthly rent up and secondary charges for all changes processed in the month to ensure tenant invoices correct
- Track fitouts and landlord contribution agreed, payments and balance outstanding
- Discuss with suppliers/tenants on invoices and payments
- Review accuracy of coding of invoices against individual properties and GL codes
- Attend meetings with business to ensure trackers and status of leases up to date
- Process improvement on the above tasks and streamline process and information distribution to teams
You will have 2-3+ years in lease administration within another property group and be looking for a long-term opportunity in that space. In addition you will have strong commercial acumen, excellent business partnering abilities, an adaptable approach and an innovative mindset.
