We are looking for a motivated **Junior Leasing Executive** to support our expansion strategy. **This role is ideal for someone who is starting out in property**, **leasing, or real estate and wants to grow with a fast-paced QSR brand.**

You will assist with identifying new sites, liaising with landlords and agents, managing lease timelines, and providing administrative support to the property and operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain lease documentation and critical dates
- Assist in market research and site assessments
- Prepare leasing proposals and internal reports
- Liaise with landlords, agents, and legal advisors
- Support lease negotiations and deal execution

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Parramatta NSW 2151: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
