**About the Role**

An opportunity has presented itself for a detail-driven Property Administrator to support the Property team with lease documentation, compliance, and administration. This role plays a key role in ensuring our leases, property records, and obligations are managed smoothly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accurately entering and maintaining lease details in our property database
- Monitoring critical dates such as lease expiries and rent reviews
- Coordinating the execution of lease documents and managing submissions
- Preparing correspondence for rent increases and renewal options
- Managing insurance, rates & taxes, and bank guarantee registers
- Supporting audits, title searches, and property filing systems
- Processing property-related invoices and supporting broader property projects

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have experience within a property or lease administrative environment, you will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role with complex tasks
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret leases and contracts
- Excellent communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, databases)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
