We are seeking a **Property Leasing Administrator** to provide administrative support for our Assets and Supply Services Department.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn Business Centre in line with our hybrid working model.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Property Manager, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

- Develop, maintain, and analyse property asset information (including the lease register) to ensure data accuracy and currency
- Administer the lease renewal program to ensure AV's property asset leases, licences and agreements always remain current within parameters established by policy, procedures, and guidelines
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive lease management procedure to formalise current accountabilities, responsibilities, and governance arrangements for management of property asset leases, licences, and agreements

**About you**

To be considered for this position you will possess:

- Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Experience in the use of real estate information management systems
- Understanding of residential and commercial leasing legislation and have an understanding of general leasing practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills**

**Important information**

This position is classified **AV3** under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
