Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, and retain the right talent aligned with the organisation's mission.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of top candidates and champion the candidate experience in every interaction.
  • Ensure processes reflect inclusivity and contribute to organisational culture and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Preferred Education And Experience
  • A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience in HR.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
