We are proud to be partnering with Aesop for the recruitment of their Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recently established, dedicated Talent Acquisition function for the ANZ retail network and Global office.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR for ANZ with a dotted line to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead in London, this role will be responsible for transforming the team to become a true strategic partner to the business, ensuring rigour, consistency, and continuous improvement of processes, systems, and methodologies.
In addition to leading, coaching and developing the team, the opportunities to work on strategic initiatives are endless, including leveraging the strength of the consumer brand to build Aesop’s Employee Value Proposition for the region, driving proactive talent pipelining, and optimising the talent acquisition functionality of the HRIS (Workday). You will manage some senior recruitment end to end, and focus on networking across the broader business, educating and encouraging all Aesopians to act as brand ambassadors and talent scouts.
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in the above, ideally gained within the head office of a retail or hospitality environment however all TA backgrounds are welcomed.
The TA Manager will be based in Aesop’s Collingwood office with a hybrid working arrangement.
