**In this role, you'll get to**
- Lead the development of targeted talent attraction strategies and implement fit for purpose, contemporary recruitment methodologies that balance attracting the very best talent with speed to market.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, events and campaigns/initiatives to generate awareness of the portfolio and wider Wesfarmers OneDigital brand with the aim of attracting top talent.
- Assist Procurement with vendor agreements and manage relationships with contingency and retained search firms to ensure cost effective partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to build the talent acquisition capability of hiring managers and develop and deliver appropriate interventions (such as training) to do this.

- Lead, coach and develop a high performing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality resourcing services and a great experience for all stakeholders.
- Create a culture of support, fun and flexibility to help our people manage their personal energy and look after their health and wellbeing.
- Actively participate and contribute as a member of the P&C leadership team and the broader OneDigital team, offering strategic and pragmatic input from a people and culture perspective.
- Be an amazing leader who drives change, recognises performance, sets clear expectations and provides quality feedback on a regular business.

**Data and Continuous Improvement**
- Use data to understand and monitor performance and to generate insights which enable the continuous improvement of talent acquisition services.
- Provide accurate and timely operational and management reporting on KPIs such as jobs filled, time to fill and diversity.
- Leverage data from a range of internal and external sources to share current trends, insights and market intelligence with the P&C team and hiring manager across the business.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to our current talent acquisition practices (e.g. sourcing methods) to ensure they are best practice and fit for purpose

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition role including past experience and proven success leading a talent acquisition function.
- Strong business acumen and understanding
- Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills at all levels
- A track record of implementing best practice talent acquisition processes and methodologies.
- Passionate about people; building and nurturing relationships and aligning great talent with exciting opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to ensure we effectively present the opportunity that is on offer.
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
