We have a great opportunity for
**Maintenance Administrator **to join a leading residential home builder based in Osborne Park.

Joining this company, you will become part of one of Perth Largest Residential Building group of companies where an inclusive company culture is at the forefront of their brand.

**Key Responsibilities & Experience**:

- Deliver on all administration support to the maintenance team & supervisors.
- Collaborate & maintain the post - handover maintenance plan for new home builds & Maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance is reviewed and reporting is up to date, including any issues are escalated to the construction manager.
- Exceptional Administration Skills
- Excellent Attention to detail, written and verbal communication & well presented.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including supporting Building & Construction CRM/Data Bases.
- Current National Police Clearance.
