2025 has been a big year Terr Mining as our Extension Hill project continues ramping up their operations in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.

The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our operational demands, with our Maintenance team seeking an additional experienced Maintenance Administrator to join the Terra Mining team.

About The Position

Working an 8&6 roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will provide support to site management and delivery of information and data in a timely fashion.

Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:

  • Providing full administrative support to the maintenance department
  • Maintain fleet asset registers, including hired and company fleet
  • Create and control Maintenance Department purchase orders through MEX
  • Ensuring document control processes are adhered to and completed
  • General data entry, maintaining fuel register and reconciliation, maintaining pre-start information including machine usage (hours / km) defects and machine critical history collection and management
  • Time sheet data entry and preparation for Maintenance Department management approval and payroll lodgment
  • Generation of monthly reports for the management team

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Administration role or significant experience in similar role
  • Working knowledge of mining equipment is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organisation chart
  • High level of time management, organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands within the business
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • High level of experience with ERP systems, preferrable MEX
