Our client, a Nationally renowned Facility Management Organization based in Burswood are seeking a customer focused, fast learning Maintenance Administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis with the potential to become permanent

Our client, a Nationally renowned Facility Management Organization based in Burswood are seeking a customer focused, fast learning Maintenance adminstrator to join their team on an ongoing basis with the potential to become permanent

Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full time hours (8:00-4:30pm)

Pay rate: Approx. $35ph+ Super

Duration: Ongoing - potential to become permanent

Parking: Paid street parking around the building or free parking at Crown (8 minute walk)

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance and upkeep of the in-house CMMS System
- Gathering all information required to submit maintenance workorders
- Ensuring all that all work order and asset management service specifications and requirements are delivered in a safe, timely and client focussed manner
- Reporting and analysis of asset data
- Provide relief for other administration assistants as needed
- Data extraction from the Site CMMS and report development
- General administrative duties such as credit card reconciliation and claims processing as well as assisting other administrative team members
- Condition monitoring reports
- Managing a busy inbox
- Database management
- Systems: MS Office Suite, Maximo (desired) or SAP / PRONTO

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration support role
- Maximo Experience will be highly regarded or similar
- Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Reporting skills desirable
