KingKira Group Pty Ltd is a 100% Aboriginal female owned business provides integrated site support services. Our footprint extends throughout Western Australia into the Pilbara Region where we continually build relationships with local people, suppliers, and clients.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to support our operations team on a casual basis, Monday to Friday. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and equipment logs.
  • Assist with creating, updating, and managing maintenance schedules.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation related to maintenance.
  • Track and manage spare parts, tools, and supplies inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in documentation and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the maintenance team, contractors, and other departments.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager with reports and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or maintenance coordination role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Minimum 4 hours a day
  • Business Central & Xero experience ( Desirable)
