Maintenance Carpenter/Handyperson

Reliable Asset Maintenance is looking for an additional Maintenance Carpenter/Handyperson to expand with the team on a full-time basis. The Genuine, Flexible and Reliable person will be required to attended some of the day-to-day maintenance issues that occur across our commercial portfolios.

This portfolio is spread across a number of industries and will expose the successful candidate to a variety of work and sites.

Reliable Asset Maintenance is a rapidly growing, family run, trade services company, where the team has over a decade worth of successful experience in the Western Australian market.

Skills required, but are not limited to;

  • Can do attitude with the ability to think outside the box to provide the customer with the best solution.
  • Clear communication skills for both other staff members and clients.
  • Have knowledge and knowhow to execute small maintenance tasks unsupervised.
  • Ability to take directions and execute tasks at the request of supervisors.

Applicant prerequisites are below.

  • Must hold a white card.
  • Must hold a valid c class driver licence.
  • Must be able to obtain working at heights ticket.
  • Must be able to obtain EWP ticket.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening with random checks throughout engagement.
  • Must be able to obtain a working with children clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain a national police clearance.
  • Must be an Australian citizen.
  • Previous Experience in a Commercial Building Maintenance Position.
