We are working with a leading Not for Profit orgnisation that specialsies in providing employment services and community services in WA & SA where we are looking for Customer Support Officers / Employment Consultants to join their existing department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Working a 9 day fortnight
- Booking appointments with customers
- Formatting resumes
- Engaging with customers on a day to day basis
- General office administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 months experience working in an Administrative or Customer Service based role
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite

**Salary & Benefits**:

- $58,000 - $72,500 + Super (DOE)
- Salary Sacrifice

- Work a 9 day fornight
- Monday - Friday working week
