We are working with a Local Government in the Metro area who are looking for a Customer Service Officer.

**Your new company**
We are working with a busy Local Government situated in the Perth Metro region who are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their busy team on a short-term assignment.

**Your new role**
Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and contractors, you will be responsible for the following:

- Greeting all visitors to the council
- Responding to general enquiries, directing calls as required
- Assist with drafting documents and maintaining accurate records
- Deescalating potential conflict as it occurs
- Act as a first point of contact to guests, providing advice as to services offered

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in a similar role in Local Government
- Proficiency across the Microsoft suite
- Good understanding of local government policies and procedures
- TRIM experience desirable
