We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a growing family-owned and operated business, specialising in providing automotive parts to fleet vehicles. Located in Canning Vale, this position offers a highly enjoyable work environment with comprehensive product and system training. No prior customer service experience is required as we provide full training and support.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include handling customer inquiries and orders, providing detailed product information and assistance, and promptly resolving any issues or concerns that arise. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to provide sales support to the Parts Specialist team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner through various communication channels.
- Learning to accurately enter customer orders into the system and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Providing customers with comprehensive product information, pricing, and availability details.
- Assisting in resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Gaining experience in processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with the Sales Order Coordinator and Parts Specialist team to ensure smooth operations.
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to a positive work environment.

- Possessing effective communication and active listening abilities.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite.
- Exhibiting exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, with the ability to handle pressure.
