Exciting opportunity for Experienced Customer Service Officer seeking an opportunity in Federal Government

**Your new role**

This will be an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. You will be office based and will work Monday to Friday full time, 37.5 hours per week.

A main responsibility of the role is to assess clients eligibility and payability for compensation and income support settlements.
- Experience working in call centre and fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail
- Previously worked towards KPI’s
- Administrative experience
- Demonstrate planning/organisational and time management skills
- Have clear verbal and written communication

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Be highly empathetic and resilience, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have customer service or call centre experience

Be tech-savvy and confident navigating between multiple systems at a time, as well as competency with the Microsoft Office suite
