PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent. We are working with a National Gas Manufacturer located in Welshpool, Malaga and Canning Vale who need an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a permenant basis.

**The Role**

**Some of the key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Inbound customer service calls, assisting with enquiries and issues
- Providing superb customer service to all customers in regard to product / service knowledge
- Taking and processing orders for products via phone
- Stock management
- Dispatching and receiving goods
- Liaising with Customers / clients in regard to the status of their orders / updates on their orders
- Assisting with Administration support in financial functions - payment / invoicing support
- Providing product/services information

**About You**
- Passion for customer service
- Proven work experience in a Customer Service Officer role
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Computer literate - able to quickly grasp the use of different systems

**Desirable**
- Industrial and safety equipment knowledge
- Backgound or interest in trades/welding
- Experience using SAP

**Role Requirements**
- **Drivers licence and reliable vehicle**:

- **Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol**:

- **Able to obtain a clear police check**
