**Our client**

Based in Sydney CBD, our client is a highly respected private real estate investment company, with over 30 years’ experience. **Duties**
- Ongoing management of Opex and Capex budgets, including reforecasting and reporting in line with the business requirements
- Manage the assets and essential services of the properties to achieve the business expectations and performance objectives (including sustainability commitments)
- Build strong and trusting business relationships with tenants and other stakeholders
- Undertake regular inspections of the properties and regularly meet with tenant representatives
- Assist with lease negotiations, renewals and market rent reviews and their subsequent preparation and execution of legal documentation, as required
- Assisting the project division in fit outs by sourcing and ordering materials and furniture

**Requirements**:
This is a hands-on role in a small team environment, and the successful person will require a professional approach, the ability to work under pressure, great organisational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous commercial, industrial or residential property management experience in a highly tenant-facing, customer service role
- Proven ability working a busy portfolio of 35 properties and 450 tenants
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of humour and be able to work with all kinds of stakeholders
- Car and drivers license
