**What this job involves**:
We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our successful teams based at one of Sydney’s premium addresses, boasting spectacular views and outstanding office accommodation. The commercial office tower includes renowned tenants, a soon to be refurbished main entry lobby, lift access to the carpark and state of the art end of trip facilities. The role also manages the adjoining retail tenancies and will work as part of a dynamic and fun team, being the front line for all communication for customer service, developing and fostering relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

The role also assumes responsibility for ensuring all services, branding, marketing, and presentation of the property is keeping with premium standards. Through the execution of a series of events and customer engagement throughout the year, you’ll also be required to nurture a sense of ‘community’ throughout the asset and the upkeep of concierge and cleaning services.

Overall, you’ll maintain the highest level of customer experience to new and existing tenants with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

You love communicating with people at all levels and are comfortable mixing with stakeholders from any background, always respecting diversity and the needs of tenants and visitors to the property.

A passion for event management, activations and tenant marketing is required and most important is your proactive approach, and willingness to learn. An understanding of legal and lease terminology would be helpful as longer term the succession plan could be to progress into a Property Manager role, so this will suit someone looking to build their career in real estate

Having some property exposure may be preferred but most important is a great attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a superior understanding what 6- star customer service is

Sound computer skills including MS Office is required and a First Aid Officer is desirable (or willingness to undertake this training) as well as Floor Fire Warden desirable.
