**Company Overview**:
Our client is a boutique corporate real estate advisory firm based in Sydney. They provide tailored solutions and strategic advice to a diverse range of clients in the commercial real estate sector and are looking for a skilled Associate Director or Director - Transaction Manager / Tenant Representative who has a strong understanding of local markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and portfolio optimization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead lease negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on tenant representation, lease reviews, and portfolio management.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the corporate real estate sector.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including leasing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications or designations are highly desirable.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on transaction management and tenant representation.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex transactions in the Sydney market.
- In-depth knowledge of the local corporate real estate landscape, including market trends, key players, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
