Our client, Australia’s leading Facilities Management and Tenant Services software company is seeking a Relationship Manager, who
**must be a self-starter**.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, representing the company at various industry related events, as well as assist in identifying and securing new clients for the company's industry leading products. This company has an enviable client list and high levels of enquiries. These ingredients combined with your enthusiasm and commitment will mean reward.

We want our clients know that they are valued and we want to support industry associations.

You will be working from an upmarket shared Sydney CBD office and be able to undertake the occasional short trips to other Australian cities to meet with clients and prospects. Some flexibility of working from home (WFH) is available depending on schedules and nature of work to be done.

Key requirements in this role will include:

- High retention levels of existing clients
- Ensuring high level of client satisfaction
- Regular communication with client base
- Representation of company at various conferences and industry related events
- Educating and inform clients about the company’s products
- Attend to complaints and resolve issues
- Seeking new business and further expanding the product penetration of the property market by presenting software solutions
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and present recommendations to improve service levels
- Feedback on competitor activity
- Staying up to date with industry trends
- Keeping an up to date CRM, showing all activities
- Liaising with internal company resources and associate companies

We are looking for a person who has:

- Probably worked for a consulting company or software provider
- Preferably has a relevant tertiary qualification
- 5+ years account management experience
- Confident in presenting to senior management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with a team
- Ability to present overviews of the company and its product offerings both online and in person
- Strong organisational skills and work ethic
- Proficient MS office skills
- Previous experience using a CRM system
- Ability to work autonomously for periods of time
