**The Client**:
Our client is an independent CRE advisory, that is run by some of the biggest names within the industry, who are looking for an experienced and networked Tenant Rep to join the business.

This role will be working under the Director of Advisory who not only comes from 35 years experience, but is also highly respected for their industry pioneering background.

**The Role**:

- The role will be working across all property related issues within the firm, including business development, transaction management and the strategic direction and growth of the property business unit
- You will assist private and public sector organizations with their occupancy strategy and property transactions, as well as representing the business at industry functions.
- You will aid in the sourcing and selection of commercial (office, industrial and retail) premises and the negotiation of all property leases, costs, terms and contracts relating to clients’ occupation of both leasehold and freehold property.

**You Will Have**:

- 5 + years experience as a Tenant Rep
- Strong Sydney network and BD skills
- Must have a high level customer service and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication
