**About the role**
The person will have experience in Facilities Management, ensuring the safety of tenants and visitors whilst providing exceptional customer service skills and the ability to ensure coordination of all works are completed within the specific time frame. The person will have the ability to maintain relationships with subcontractors, staff and tenants.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost effective operation and maintenance of all services
- Maintain consistently high levels of superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement
- Manage operating expenditure and, ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of all plant and equipment
- Carry out building inspections as required under the building’s operating model & document findings

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Demonstrated 3-4 years experience in a Facilities Management role within the commercial or industrial industry
- Able to operate with a high level of autonomy whilst managing the successful delivery of concurrent projects
- Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia
- A high level of financial aptitude, computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of operations, industry best practice, and legislative requirements relating to Facilities Management
