**In this Consultant, Continuous Improvement role, you will**
- Be a key contributor to an outcome and impact-focused, fast paced team
- Support DFV assessment (Desirability, Feasibility, Viability) of Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities in BD&SB, and support prioritised CI initiatives across the full initiative lifecycle.
- Support the execution of BDSB’s Strategic Plan as well as discovery, definition, design of business optimisation initiatives across the full initiative lifecycle
- Be a key contributor and bring exceptional outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business as measured against targeted success metrics.
- Remove waste, resolve inefficiencies, improve Customer and Banker Experience and optimise BD&SB services and processes
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven continuous improvement analysis and delivery experience
- 5+ years banking experience
- Ability to put customer and colleague at the centre of continuous improvement initiatives
- Banking and financial services experience
- Service and CX design experience and strong delivery skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong business analysis and delivery experience
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data & analytics
- Problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Evidence of curiosity and resilience in the face of ambiguity
- Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies and disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma viewed positively
- Previous agile or domains experience viewed positively
