Our Client is a a leader in large-scale asset management and operations in the telecommunications, utilities and transport industry. The fixed communications technology and continuous improvement team is seeking a passionate Manager of Continuous Delivery and Improvement with a background in Business Analysis, Operations, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement in either telecommunications or utilities sectors to lead a small team of BA's and Power BI specialists (approx 10 FTE with potential to expand).

**The Role**
- Manage a team of Business Analysts and Power BI Reporting specialists, people leadership of 10+ staff setting priorities, removing roadblocks, servant leadership and coaching
- Drive SCRUM Meetings, Planning Sessions, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming
- Work closely with a leadership team of 8-9 General Managers and Business Managers to prioritise BAU and projects - developing strong and deep relationships with the business to uncover pain points, needs and document requirements
- Run and lead workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover business needs and document problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, As-Is and To-Be processes and translation into user stories for the Group IT team to deliver on
- Engage with the IT Department and technology teams delivering solutions
- Ensure delivered projects meet business needs
- Engage with internal, external stakeholders, vendors, procurement
- Evaluate new technology and improvements and work with software vendors to understand and maximise features
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Recent demonstrated experience in a Manager or Delivery Lead position leading a small team of BA's and Reporting Analysts in Operations (telco preferred)
- Strong servant leadership, and ability to prioritise workload for a busy team, remove roadblocks, drive delivery and manage backlogs
- Strong coach and mentor with ability to uplift and build a high performing business-centric team - people management of 9-10+ staff with potential to double
- Experience (minimum 3 years) as a Business Analyst or Business Architect - facilitation of business and technology workshops and acting as the bridge between business and technology
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and pragmatic approach where hybrid required
- Experience defining problem statements, cost-benefit analysis and ROI measurement, needs analysis, requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases - process mapping, BPMN, Visio, 6Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, Agile Stories with a continuous improvement lens
- GM level engagement and ability to translate business into technical communication
- Background in case management, fleet management, business operations within telecommunications, utilities, asset management, mining, transport preferred
- Integrated corporate management software - ServiceNow, ServiceMax, IFS, Oracle Field Service, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Apps, JIRA
- Tertiary qualifications in Management (MBA) would be highly preferred or undergraduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, ERP with additional certifications in Agile and Leadership
