About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for supporting and improving the performance of our manufacturing business through finding better ways of operating. This is hands on role, we’re looking for someone who understands how to design an experience to test scenarios.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Play a key role in supporting the operational improvement across our Plants
Working closely with operations to understand problems and identify opportunities for improvement appreciating how this potentially feeds into capital.
Partner with the Manufacturing Business units to improve production outputs, material usage and waste management.
Timely and accurate reporting, investigation of department variances and problem solving.
About You
A natural problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude you enjoy finding out how big an opportunity could be. You also have:
Relevant engineering experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
Proficient in establishing continuous improvement goals and objectives and overall direction
Commercially astute you are also experienced in prioritizing and managing activities
Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions
You have strong mechanical aptitude and understand plant equipment
Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writingTechnical curiosity, continuous learner and a drive to ensure technical rigor.
Strong project management skills
Good inter-personal skills/stakeholder management on all levels
