**Continuous Improvement Advisor - 6-12 Months Contract**

**About the Role**: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Advisor to join their team on a 6-12 month contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive and lead the implementation of the continuous improvement framework and tools.
- Work with staff to develop and execute continuous improvement projects using LEAN, PDSA, Kaizen, and process mapping.
- Conduct organizational analysis and research to recommend improvement initiatives.
- Deliver workshops to various business units and ensure actions are effectively executed.
- Assist with the Project Management framework - CAMMS system.
- Deliver measurable results that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate across different teams within Council to ensure smooth transitions.
**Skills Required**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification with several years of experience in delivering continuous improvement projects.
- Proven achievement in driving continuous improvement approaches and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management skills and experience in implementing improvement initiatives using Lean or other methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- High-level communication skills, including negotiation, motivation, and cooperation.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, business process mapping software, and database systems.
