Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**(TAC) practice and **Team Downe**r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes collaboration with key Defence entities, including **Defence Digital Group (DDG), National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG),**and branches across the **Navy, Army, and Air Force**.
- Guide innovative future thinking on C4 Design and integration across the Joint Force.
- Collaborate with Joint and Service stakeholders to develop guidance to shape future C2 and C4 design decisions for a more integrated Future Joint Force.
- Suggest improvements to the methods, processes, and repositories that can be implemented now to establish an environment in which to adopt future C2 concepts as standard practice into C4 Design.
- Expertise in **Decider Collaboration, Agility in Command and Control, or C2 as a Manoeuvre Domain**.
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience publishing technical papers in conferences and journals.
- Knowledge of advanced Defence technologies.

Understanding of Systems-of-Systems design and MBSE.

Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary.
