C4 Co-design Force-level Logistics And/or Health Information

Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**(TAC) practice and **Team Downe**r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes collaboration with key Defence entities, including **Defence Digital Group (DDG), National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG),**and branches across the **Navy, Army, and Air Force**.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on design activities.
- Conduct mission engineering and develop mission threads.
- Create C4 design artefacts to enhance Joint Force integration.
- Align outputs with C4 Design teams and assurance functions.
- Formalise design artefacts into Standards Profiles with the C4 Standards Team.
- Support capability programs, ensuring compliance with C4 designs.

Deliver briefs for C4 Design assurance.
- Expertise in Intelligence & Targeting (PED, PV clearance required), IAMD (Air & Space), Multi-Domain Strike, Uncrewed Systems, AI/ML, Maritime (Undersea Warfare), Force-level logistics & health information requirements.
- C4 capability design experience.
- Mission Engineering, particularly thread development.
- Systems of Systems Engineering and/or MBSE experience.

Familiarity with NATO Architecture Framework v4.0.
