Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**(TAC) practice and **Team Downe**r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes collaboration with key Defence entities, including **Defence Digital Group (DDG), National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG),**and branches across the **Navy, Army, and Air Force**.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on all design activities.
- Conduct mission engineering and develop mission threads.
- Create innovative C4 artefacts for Joint Force integration.
- Ensure coherence by working across C4 Design teams and assurance functions.
- Partner with the C4 Standards Team to formalize artefacts into Standards Profiles.
- Support capability programs, acquisitions, and sustainment for compliance.

Deliver briefs for C4 Design assurance.
- Intelligence & Targeting (PED, PV clearance required)
- IAMD (Air & Space Domains)
- Multi-Domain Strike
- Uncrewed Systems, AI, Machine Learning
- Maritime (Undersea Warfare)
- Force-level Logistics & Health Information
- Experience in C4 design
- Mission Engineering expertise (thread development)
- Systems of Systems Engineering or MBSE experience

Familiarity with NATO Architecture Framework v4.0

Our work is **highly complex and confidential;**applicants must be Australian citizens with preferably a TS(PV) security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary.
