Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**(TAC) practice and **Team Downe**r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes collaboration with key Defence entities, including **Defence Digital Group (DDG), National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG),**and branches across the **Navy, Army, and Air Force**.
- Develop C4 Design guidance for Joint Force integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create force integration artefacts.
- Improve C4 Design methods, processes, and repositories.
- Formalize design guidance into standards profiles.
- Define architecture views and data visualizations.
- Utilize MBSE at SECRET/TOP SECRET levels for repeatable engineering.
- Expertise in one or more areas:

- Data: Fabric Design, Fusion, Architectures
- Core: Cloud & ICT Infrastructure
- Routing: Network & Transport Development, Protocols
- Bearers: Satellite, RF, Tactical Data Links, Waveforms
- Experience in network design, Systems of Systems Engineering, or MBSE (including data requirements)
- Network experimentation and vulnerability assessment

Familiarity with NATO Architecture Framework v4.0

Our work is **highly complex and confidential;**applicants must be Australian citizens with preferably a NV1 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions individuals who are dual citizens, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.
