As an EL 1 Product Manager, you will exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a key leadership role in the sustainment of Land C4 capability. The Product Manager is accountable to plan, lead and manage a range of resources to achieve business and capability outcomes. You will be required to develop and implement work plans, set performance indicators, and review individual, team and business performance, focusing on identifying opportunities for building team capability and continuous improvement.

The Product Manager is responsible for actively managing key stakeholder relationships and will be required to identify relevant expectations and concerns to develop and communicate outcomes that supports the through-life sustainment of Defence assets and capability.

The key responsibilities of the Product Manager include:

- Managing allocated resources, setting work area priorities, managing workflows, developing strategies and evaluating business outcomes.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of product management strategies and plans, enabling delivery and reporting on the requirements and expectations of the management of Defence assets.
- Engage, negotiate and sustain working relationships on complex to very complex issues to understand and influence the stakeholder requirements.

Land C4 Systems Branch under Joint Systems Division (JSD) is an exciting and complex environment, offering a rewarding career in one of the most dynamic organisations within CASG.
