What You'll Do
- Conduct strategic workforce analysis across Army Signals trades.
- Forecast demand using Defence-endorsed planning tools.
- Align workforce models with future capability requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Army, Defence People Group, and Capability Managers.
- Contribute to the 2026 Organisational Capability Review and key project deliverables.

- Workforce Growth Approvals Summary
- RA Sigs Organisation Requirements and Options Report
- Draft Force Structure Documentation
All contributing directly to a sustainable, future-ready workforce.
What You Bring
- Experience in workforce planning, analytics or HR strategy in complex or Defence environments
- Strong skills in data modelling, forecasting, and capability mapping
- Proven stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Defence workforce systems, policies, and transformation initiatives
