What You'll Do

  • Conduct strategic workforce analysis across Army Signals trades.
  • Forecast demand using Defence-endorsed planning tools.
  • Align workforce models with future capability requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Army, Defence People Group, and Capability Managers.
  • Contribute to the 2026 Organisational Capability Review and key project deliverables.

  • Workforce Growth Approvals Summary
  • RA Sigs Organisation Requirements and Options Report
  • Draft Force Structure Documentation

All contributing directly to a sustainable, future-ready workforce.

What You Bring

  • Experience in workforce planning, analytics or HR strategy in complex or Defence environments
  • Strong skills in data modelling, forecasting, and capability mapping
  • Proven stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with Defence workforce systems, policies, and transformation initiatives
