**Your Role & Team**:
We’re looking for a driven and strategic** Sales Manager** to lead a team of BDMs within out **Corporate sales segment**:
- the engine room of the business, powering our growth across the country.
This team focuses on selling SaaS into businesses with an annual turnover of $25M-$250M.
You'll guide your team on driving outbound activity, building strong pipelines, and hitting monthly recurring revenue targets. Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, supporting their career progression and personal growth.
This role is perfect for a sales leader who thrives on balancing commercial outcomes with people leadership. You’ll own the full sales performance of your team — from territory planning and forecasting to pipeline management and strategic execution.
This role reports directly to the **Head of Acquisition** and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our **Melbourne CBD Office**.
Please note, this role is **new** **headcount** part of a growing team.

- **Collaborate to Drive Results**: Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align strategies and equip the team with resources to exceed expectations.
- **Maintain and Drive High Standards of Performance**: Reinforce the team’s high-performance culture by setting clear KPIs, reviewing performance regularly, and providing support to sustain excellence.
- **Lead with Transparency and Advocacy**: Represent the team within the organisation, championing their successes, addressing challenges, and advocating for resources to enable continued success.
- **1-3 Years of Leadership Experience**:Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales / BDM teams, with a track record of achieving results.
- **Sales Funnel Expertise**:Strong understanding of opportunity and lead qualification funnels, with experience optimising pipeline performance and driving conversions.
- **Coaching and Development**: Demonstrated success in mentoring team members to achieve their goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Forecasting and Data-Driven Decision Making**:Skilled in delivering accurate sales forecasts and using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- **CRM and Commercial Acumen**: Proficient in CRM systems and adept at aligning team efforts with business objectives to deliver measurable revenue growth.
