**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

Our client is a successful property maintenance provider. Due to extended growth, they now require an experienced BDM to service the Melbourne CBD area.

As BDM, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Ensure leads and referrals are followed up with clients in a timely fashion;
- Present solution based outcomes in the form of a proposal to potential clients;
- Conduct regular inspections with the Project Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Ensure all data from client contact is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM;
- Complete accurate measure and estimate of jobs quoted;
- Complete worksite reviews when attending sites;
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a proven track record of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or account management roles;
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leading to significant revenue growth;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present to diverse audiences;
- Be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software tools;
- Valid drivers licence is required.
