**Your Team**

The Group Finance teams are responsible for providing high quality commercial business partnering support to the four Retail Brands ELT (Executive Leadership Team) members, Brand Leadership team and other Group stakeholders to deliver commercial insights at all levels of the business to drive the operations of the business, drive strategy execution and create shareholder value.

**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager - Digital & Technology, based in our Brisbane office to deliver high quality commercial business partnering support. The role is responsible for supporting the development of sound financial planning and reporting processes and controls, including analysing and reporting on the key financial measures and KPI’s for the Group and developing recommendations which will maintain, improve and or develop the core business drivers.

Each day will bring something different but key responsibilities of the role will be to:

- Develop financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short term
- Develop long term financial plans to support in the achievement of profit creation and return on investment (ROI)
- Own and deliver the monthly Brand/Division financial forecast and reporting process
- Deliver critical business, financial, commercial analysis and insights to drive performance
- Analyse and recommend business improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction and margin improvements
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:

- 5 + years’ experience in financial analysis and insights and a successful track record in a similar position.
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
- Aptitude to translate financial data into clear and meaningful insights
- Analytical Skills/Numerate/Data Analysis skills
- Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to communicate and present information confidently to a wide range of stakeholders including store team members and Executives
- Commercial & operational focussed
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages; experience in SAP (core Finance modules) and an Enterprise planning tool (Anaplan or similar)
- Problem-solving skills including ability to focus on details while maintaining “big picture” view
- CA or CPA Qualification, and Tertiary Qualification related to Specialty Area (Degree or Post Grad)
