My Plan Manager are a community and values driven organisation who offer individualized financial management to those who are participating in the NDIS. They are passionate about ensuring their clients live their best lives and therefore have dedicated plan managers who are able to take care of the initial complexities and responsibilities associated with being a NDIS participant.

Due to organisational growth, My Plan Manager are seeking a Community Engagement and Partnerships Manager to join their team in QLD. This role is responsible for growing the MPM presence and developing client acquisition strategies for QLD with a key focus on building relationships with support coordinators, disability service providers, NDIS participants and support circle and community groups.

Some of the key accountabilities include:

- Developing client and partnership acquisition strategies to enable growth and community impact.
- Building and maintaining meaningful stakeholder relationships that drive commercial outcomes.
- Partnering with the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and greater client experience.
- Creating and implementing customer reach initiatives across a variety of state locations.
- On-boarding new clients into the MPM community, and ensure they are efficiently set-up in applicable internal and external systems as required.
- Identifying and attending relevant networking events.
- Working to agreed KPI’s with organisational growth and client satisfaction at the forefront.

You will have proven experience in developing and successfully managing client relationships, building and maintaining pipelines and effectively managing accounts. You will be a strong communicator with a natural ability to effectively build trust and rapport with a range of people. Although a passion for community services and or knowledge of the NDIS space is advantageous this is not essential to the role.

My Plan Manager are seeking a proactive and engaging professional to drive the organisational growth and take accountability for achieving associated targets.

This role will require a self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively from a home office as the business expands. You will thrive in an environment of autonomy and be fully self-sufficient in time management and prioritizing sales cycles, and administration and reporting responsibilities.

Please note a drivers license and ability to travel across metro and regional areas is essential to the role.
