Operating in 10 locations with over 60,000 tonnes of equipment, Acrow's vision is to set the national standard in engineered industrial and construction services.

**The Role**
As the Commercial Manager you will be reporting into the National Commercial Manager, and will be responsible for providing commercial and analytical support to manage, monitor and control all financial and commercial activities across Acrow QLD operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with state managers for financial analysis, offering guidance for improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive KPI reports, monthly variance analyses, and detailed financial reports for businesses, providing insightful analysis to senior management
- Support state operational managers in business improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and Capex request management, ensuring effective budgeting and presentation packages.
- Assist in corporate reporting, budget coordination, maintenance of finance systems, and adherence to commercial and financial policies.
- Oversee Acrow BI reporting infrastructure, liaising with Senior Management to develop and implement new reporting initiatives for ongoing improvement.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a high performance culture and has a passion for utilising BI reporting tools to provide commercial analysis and improvement initiatives.
