The Body Corporate for The Metropolis CTS 30418 seeks a dedicated and proactive Building Manager to provide 364 days of management services and to monitor and carry out the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance operations of the lots and common property comprised in the Scheme, located at 446-338 Ann Street, Brisbane, 4000, Queensland (Scheme).

This position requires someone who is commercially minded, has the ability to self-monitor and continually seeks to develop more efficient and cost-effective practises for the Scheme.

Please request a copy of the Building Management Agreement (Agreement). By requesting a copy of the Agreement you agree and acknowledge that the contents of, and all information contained within the Agreement are strictly confidential. The Agreement will be provided to you strictly on the basis that you have understood and agree to this condition.
