Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Brisbane, QLD, and managing a mixed portfolio within the Greater Brisbane area. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, handling lease administration, lease negotiations, and property management. Responsibilities include maintaining tenant relations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and maximizing the value of the properties. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Lease Administration and Lease Negotiations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a mixed portfolio
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Facilities and Property Management
  • Ability to maintain tenant relations and handle multiple properties efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of commercial property market trends
