**THE ROLE**
The successful applicant will have the responsibility of supporting the WA Special Projects Manager in the ongoing growth of the Company through the provision of effective and efficient project and contract management from estimation through to completion.

**Duties**:

- Assisting with the coordination and preparation of all equipment and materials, plus the terms and conditions required to undertake the specific project in a safe and professional manner
- Assisting with the coordination of equipment maintenance
- Regularly discussing with on-site Project & Contract Managers regarding project progress and financial returns
- Organising and attending (where applicable) project kick off meetings on site and follow up on actions derived from them
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Keep track of project milestones and critical requirements
- Support site teams throughout the project
- Liaise with clients throughout project
- Assisting with the review of project performance and the preparation of project forecast reports
- Assisting with the submission of invoices and claims as well as the review and preparation of tenders

**Job requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Project Coordination / Project Admin
- Degree in Project Management or Business Development
- Possess a go-getter attitude and drive to get things done with quality and within the stipulated timeline
- Excellent communication skills and a proper command of the language necessary to convey your ideas
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- The ability to build rapport with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards as they relate to projects
- Solid understanding of industry best practice
