**About Our Client**:

This client is actively engaged in every aspect of the oil and gas industry, including exploration, production, refining, and distribution. As a key player in meeting the country's energy needs, they successfully navigate the complex financial and operational challenges inherent in the industry.

The Key responsibilities of this role are,
- Coordinate project activities and assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues.
- Support quality assurance activities and ensure project deliveries meet standards.
- Assist in budget planning, tracking project expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support throughout the project life cycle.

- Attention to detail

- Technical proficiency in Microsoft suite preferably Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role (Familiarity with project life cycle processes, project documentation, and project coordination practices is beneficial.)
- Time management
- Professionalism (reliable, accountable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.)
