**About the role**:
In this role you will be providing Project Management coordination and support in order to optimise the growth projects within the Business Development team by supporting the overall project development, planning, execution and implementation of business development growth initiatives.

You will work as part of a collaborative, supportive and flexible centralised team with Project Managers and the wider IT and Business roles to plan and execute projects.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Action tasks such as resourcing planning, reporting and project scheduling
- Coordinating and providing regular updates on progress against schedule, including budget and project milestones cost and quality
- identifying areas where systems and processes can be improved to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Support Project Managers preparing meeting minutes, presentations and the coordination of internal project working group and project review boards and relevant
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the team in achieving their deadlines
- Manage financial administration of Project / Programs utilising ERP systems

- starter and bring well developed interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business or relevant discipline
- Knowledge of end-to-end Project management
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise appropriately
- Ability to work consistently and accurately with attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, including MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of project management software e.g. Microsoft project
- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation certified (desirable only)
