**About the role**:
The Project Coordinator and Governance Lead is responsible in supporting our National Development Group (NDG) to execute its plan through:

- Leadership and oversight of Project Coordinators
- Coordinating and consolidating Project Management Office (PMO) activities

Coordination of critical governance forums, leadership team meetings and team engagement activities
- Coordination and management of systems and platforms associated with wider NDG activities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support a team of Project Coordinators who work directly with Project Managers assisting with cost control, invoice processing and asset creation of NDG activities.
- Interface with NDG PMO including development of project cost control and HSE dashboards and tracking compliance with Group Standards relating to Contractor Management, Contractor Safety Management and Risk Activities.
- Ensure NDG compliance with critical governance systems including AmpInvest and Cintellate.
- Keep annual NDG calendar up to date. Coordinate critical governance forums key meetings including NDG Leadership Team Meetings.
- Maintain key internal and external information databases and tools including Doco, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and mailing lists.
- Coordinate and facilitate NDG communications and engagement including Huddles, Team Announcements, Project Launch Announcements.

**About you**:
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced Governance or PMO professional looking to develop your career and skills within one of Australia’s leading ASX corporations. You will possess a solid background supporting a senior management team in a corporate environment. You will be a passionate and collaborative individual able to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and third parties.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project and Document Control or PMO role, with experience providing administrative support toa senior management team in a corporate environment.
- High level of PC literacy including the Microsoft suite and SAP P50 projects and cost centre platform
- Understanding of business drivers and key areas of influence
- Experience compiling and producing key financial and HSE reports, conducting data analysis and making recommendations
- Experience in the oil industry/large retail chain/fast food industry is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn complex new skills
- Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to provide input into reports
- Self-disciplined and determined
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Highly developed communication skills
